If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your reading, please email me at motheradaeze1@gmail.com and I will personally review your case and do everything I can to make it right.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because I begin working on readings soon after an order is placed to keep up with demand, please email me within 2 hours of your purchase if you wish to cancel or change your order. After this 2-hour window, I’ll be happy to issue a store credit for a future reading instead.

Refunds

Please note that I provide a personalized spiritual service, not a physical product. For that reason, all completed readings are non-refundable.
